Returns and Refund
If you received a product that you are not satisifed with, you may return any full-priced item (excluding Crumb Bucket products) for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of item receipt.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping; we recommend using a tracked method of postage. Crumbled & Co is not liable for any items lost during return postage.
To initiate a return, please contact us at crumbledandco@outlook.com, with your order number and any further details required. Products returned to us without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that Crumbled & Co does not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect handling or storage. Due to the material and hand-finished nature of our products, standard minimal wood defects (such as worm holes, multiple wood colourations, etc), or defects as noted for our Crumb Bucket products, are not counted as defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
