Shipping policy

How much does shipping cost within Australia?
Standard shipping within Australia starts at a flat rate of $10, with a higher flat rate of $15 for shipping of heavier orders (upwards of 0.5kgs).

Free shipping will apply within Australia to all orders over $100.

Final shipping price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Once shipped, standard postage within Australia is generally 4-8 business days but please refer to your tracking number for more detailed postage updates.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping to certain countries and shipping costs vary by location. The final shipping price for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note import costs, such as VAT, duties, import taxes, tariffs and clearing fees upon receiving your goods, are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to confirm all local taxes/costs that may be applicable to your region. If in doubt, please check with your local customs authority to confirm if ay taxes may be applicale to your purchase and factor this in to your overall spending budget.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, we (Crumbled & Co) reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping, handling and merchant fees associated.
